That is because in local politics the incumbency advantage is huge and very difficult to overcome. Much fewer people vote in those elections as well. People need to run as MAGA candidates for both federal and state representatives because that's where the action is and where they are needed.
Once trump has his own party if you are on his ticket you will probably win a lot easier. We need him to create a party that can vet and meet with candidates from this site who are passionate about America, not passionate about a paycheck
