Can confirm. Delta’s planes are pretty nice and their 20 min baggage policy is very nice when flying on business. But yeah, mostly fly Southwest due to pricing / 2 bag policy
lost my baggage on 60% of my flights and no connecting flight info when working with air trans until you get to the connecting airport, sucked everytime I used them.
Unfortunately, Delta does not suck... I will still amend my flights when I can.
