Pay is shit, but costs are even lower. Can own a mcmansion for what a goddamn apartment in a shithole like NY, NY costs.

Fix your own fuckin' State....

There is no fixing this shithole. The only future for me here is listening to coworkers explain all the reasons they're excited to be voting for sending evil trump supporters to the camps before I get found out. The regular people here won't stick up for anybody or anything.

The only solutions are depopulation of the Seattle area while it becomes the next Chicago, to crush the power of the leaders here or for somebody external to step in. I'm entirely planning to leave Washington's shitty culture, which I was never included in anyways, at the border wherever I move to.

Does Texas really gain three congressional seats? I wonder how the redistricting work is going. I'd like to see which states lose seats and which one gain seats. Is there a time table for that?

Judging by how many left leaning people i know who are currently poisoning the red areas they've just moved to, I'd guess Washington is due to lose a few if they didn't fabricate people for that too.

Even in upstate New York, 400k will get you Jack shit while you get an actual mansion in Texas. And don’t forget about the taxes.

I'm northeast of Austin and housing prices are going up fast. No existing homes for sale and new construction is selling out. Dramatically different from just a year ago. There were several homes for sale on every street. Has to be the exodus from blue states causing this.

It’s awesome in Texas. The weather. Get your four seasons. Can be secluded. There’s beaches. Not many mountainous regions though. But it’s nice.

Fuck beaches.

Washington state beaches are all rocks. My standards for beaches are pretty low lol

At least there are fewer land whales and unicorns there.
