Biden announced today he is keeping Wray as FBI director. He announced a long time ago he'd keep Fauci. This is the guy that demoted every single member of the White House Secret Service detail because he doubted their loyalty to him. Yet, he's fine keeping Wray on staff. Funnily enough, Durham is still in his job.

He can be fired from his position as a USAA. Most Presidents replace all or nearly all USAAs when they come in. Biden can also fire Durham as special counsel (remember Trump always correctly said he could fire Mueller). In theory Congress would impeach him for that, but fat chance of that.
I don't believe Durham can be removed that way (legally).
Barr appointed Durham a special investigator. When they did that with Mueller, Trump had mentioned firing him and the left said they’d impeach him for meddling in an investigation.
Biden also said he wouldn’t interfere with the justice department.
Not that any of it means shit though.
