What negative results are you seeing there?
Nothing about it works well. The good servers and bartenders bail because they can make more money now falling back on the degree they fucked around and got somewhere along the way, or doing something in the trades. The house hurts because of the wage, so you have less servers on the clock and none of them give a shit anymore. The guys in the kitchen no longer give a shit because they aren’t taking money out of anyone’s pockets by fucking off anymore. The menu prices all go up. Nobody wins anywhere
