How are people interpreting that last sentence? Sounds to me like there’s a bunch of special forces not reporting to Biden, which seems super strange if true. What are other people’s thoughts on this?

I was thinking the Secretary of Defense, under Trump of course. I had high hopes for that dude, but he was not going to step out like Trump did. Nobody had Trumps back.
I learned one lesson over the past few months is not to read into anything or assume anything. If something happens it happens.

That is referring to NOV DEC transitioning. It did happen but a while ago while Trump was still President.
