True story but short version: Asian female playwright working out of NYC. Very successful, produces plays in Paris, London New York etc. Also very Liberal, duh. Uses focus groups to find insight and ideas. Decides to put together a bunch of females, feminists, Lesbians, liberals, etc, typical audience. Has them hash out what they want out of a man: More sensitive, listen to them, romantic, cries, etc etc. Creates a play with one of these characters and some other guy who is a total dick. After the play she has other focus group to find out audience reaction. Nobody, but NOBODY liked the guy that acted in accordance with the women's preferences. They though he was a weak pussy, a pushover, a nobody. They would have nothing to do with a man like that. They liked the dick a lot lot better.
