Honestly this eviction freeze is a scam to shake out small time property investors like yourself. They want the big banks to own all the property and then own the entire rental market. They could set rents as high as they want, housing prices super high too. It would price many home buyers out and force others to pay 50% of their income towards rent.
Small time investors can't float a mortgage 13+ months without any rental income coming in. There is an eviction freeze and no relief for landlords who still have to pay the bills. It's insanity.

I'm not a landlord yet that's my goal in 8 more months i should have enough but until the freeze is done it's not worth buying a property.

Same situation. The only any to remove a tenant is put the property for sale. Maybe they move and maybe it has to be sold. Hopefully when they see it for sale they will leave.
