Biden’s new law allows men to play on women’s comps.
Men’s pro tennis plays best of 5 sets.
Women’s pro only plays best of 3 sets.
Women’s number one player would generally fall around the rank of 700 or lower in a men’s comp.

1998: Karsten Braasch vs. the Williams sister
Another event dubbed a "Battle of the Sexes" took place during the 1998 Australian Open[57] between Karsten Braasch and the Williams sisters. Venus and Serena Williams had claimed that they could beat any male player ranked outside the world's top 200, so Braasch, then ranked 203rd, challenged them both. Braasch was described by one journalist as "a man whose training regime centered around a pack of cigarettes and more than a couple of bottles of ice cold lager".[58][57] The matches took place on court number 12 in Melbourne Park,[59] after Braasch had finished a round of golf and two shandies. He first took on Serena and after leading 5–0, beat her 6–1. Venus then walked on court and again Braasch was victorious, this time winning 6–2.[57] Braasch said afterwards, "500 and above, no chance". He added that he had played like someone ranked 600th in order to keep the game "fun"[60] and that the big difference was that men can chase down shots much easier and put spin on the ball that female players can't handle. The Williams sisters adjusted their claim to beating men outside the top 350.[57]
Serena vs Djokovic, but he can only score on aces. $20 says he doesn't drop a single point
That’s a bad bet. Winning 48 straight points is extremely difficult under normal rules regardless of skill discrepancy.
I’d be nervous even betting on him winning 6-0,6-0. Would he beat her ass? 100 matches out of 100 matches. Could Serena manage to cobble together 2 or 3 strong first serves and slap a few groundstrokes to force an error or two to hold serve once? Yep.
Golden sets are one of the rarest feats in sports. There have only been like a dozen in 120 years of pro tennis.
That’s more a testament though to how difficult perfection in tennis is tho than gender athletic differences ha
I don't know man. Her average first serve speed is under 110mph. That's a little more juice than a guy's second serve, and nobody gets aces on those.
In order to hold serve, she'd have to perform above her own average for at least 4 serves against one of the best returns in men's history. No chance she gets a single game if Novak is taking it even remotely seriously.
Could Djok beat her 0-0? Definitely. If I had to bet on a score id put it on Djok. But I would be nervous.
Serena is absolutely capable of blasting 4 unreturnable first serves in a game. And she is strong enough to put the ball away if Djok managed to get a racquet on a serve that would ace a woman.
She wouldn’t have to hit 4 consecutive aces. Just win 4 service points in a game where Djok only wins 2.
That’s the nature of tennis. The server has an incredible advantage over the receiver. Djok is one of the greatest returners of all time but Serena is also the greatest female server of all time.
If Serena painted the lines on a few first serves Djok would be limited on what he could do because he can only respond to the serve she puts in play. It’s similar to running the table in billiards.
I’d put my life savings on Djok playing with 100% seriousness beating Serena easily in straight sets. But I’d be shitting my pants if the bet was on a double bagel bc of her serve
