Anyone think this might be a good idea? It's something productive that we can do... that is fairly low investment - and might jam old Joe up a bit.

Look like we have 60 days to file (I think?)

If we get enough people it might work!

I wonder if we an hire law school students to help out. Young, based, lawyers who might want to run for office in 2022 would be ideal ;)

True, that might work.

This is a good idea. Plenty of students out there being censored.

I believe The attorney general Ken Paxton, of Texas has started a lawsuit against Joe on his unlawful executive orders that encroach on Texas citizens rights! I believe even if we don’t get to secede, I think the Represenatives here, will take care of Texas!

If you’re not from Texas you may be thinking “oh Ted Cruz” he’s about as feckless as a poop floating in the toilet.Ted Cruz In loves being on TV but he does nothing!

That makes sense.... Still, I wonder if we couldn't get some things started on our own. We need to push back on all fronts.

I really think Ken Paxton has an idea, because he’s going to do it as the state filing a lawsuit. If you start at the federal level you’re not going to get anywhere because they will squash it! I think basically every American citizen knows how feckless our Supreme Court is!

I get what you are saying, but if it's a civil rights lawsuit and we have thousands, or even millions of people sign onto it... then I think the court might be more inclined to look. We win by being tenacious. We will be that thorn in their side that isn't going away. Eventually, they will break.
