The problem with the lawsuits is that when you go into court you have to meet the burden of proof and propose a remedy the court can issue. Of course there are mountains of evidence of fuckery, and yeah the totality seems like it adds up to a massive cheating operation, but at the end of the day if you have 50k extra ballots, dead people voting or someone running votes through a machine six times, you can’t prove precisely how those actions changed the vote tally so you can’t come up with a remedy that the court can actually implement. That’s the part that is hard for a lot of people to understand. We have a pretty good intuition of what happened, but meeting the applicable standard of proof is damned near impossible even over the course of a year long process and completely impossible with the certification deadlines under election law.
The problems weren’t even in the proof. If you check out Rekeita Law on CommieTube, he had a few lawyers talk about the TX lawsuit, and it’s issues. From hearing that and also talking to other lawyers about it, it seems more they were poorly devised more so than the evidence lacking.
It did have some holes but it was by far the strongest one, once Trump made a motion to personally join, they dismissed the case so that it did in fact have no standing, as TX would have very shaky ground to stand on. If Trump was in immediately, it would have really forced them to full on say fuck you, but anyone with a brain cell can see as soon as they saw Trump petitioning to join, making its standing bullet proof, they dismissed it entirely.
