While I loathe the RINO's and the Republican party as it stands today, here is a warning and some food for thought for a possible future scenario that they may be plotting:
Let's remove from discussion for a moment the structural disadvantage of a third party and look at just how the Republicans expect to survive.
In short, they hope we do start another party. They don't want us. The RINO's don't want ANY association with President Trump or the MAGA base.
They intend to rebuild the Republican party by teaming with the Democrats on amnesty and immigration and courting the Indian-American vote, conservative Hispanics and keeping enough of their boomer base of whites to survive, until they are replaced by the people from the key groups above. They will support massive immigration and worker programs that will lead to citizenship on a fast track for these people, working in tandem with the other half of the Uniparty, the Democrats.
They don't expect to win at first, but I believe this is their plan after they support mass immigration, particularly from India. This is also why they will run Nikki Haley in 2024. They are more than willing to loose a few elections to make this happen.
Meanwhile, our new party and it's members will be branded and labelled as "untouchables" and White KKK domestic terrorists, conveniently sweeped out of the Republican party's way. We will then loose even more power and eventually, members from attrition.
I believe that we have to take over the Republican party, or destroy it completely, as from the scenario painted above, they could become mortally dangerous to the MAGA movement.
P.S. This didn't just come out of my head - I'm hearing it suggested from a few contacts in the Republican party leadership.

The republican party deserves to fail for the way it treated the patriots it claims to represent. The patriot party must be prepared to lose some elections. But the party of mitt romney, john mccain, lindsay graham and mitch mcconnel is a festering stain. The real patriots will leave tge republican party. The rinos will either join the dems or go away. This is the way.

Do not underestimate these weasels. They have been around for over a century. They haven't survived this long because they don't know how the game is played.

We have got to get more of our people into the local board of elections and those that count the votes and so forth, otherwise there is NOTHING to stop the fraud from occurring again and again.
It is a dilemma, but one we MUST solve.
No approach is going to work if they can just manufacture votes with impunity.
We all just need to register as a Democrat, sign up, but make sure to vote Republican, or the patriot party!
The game is played with their illegal "Laws". I say illegal because they fuck the const so hard in the ass it's not funny. What I'd like to see is we just follow Trump, right now. Establish a new branch of whatever anyone wants to call it. Take over all court houses by any means, they are ours (the constitution). Take over everything, EVERYTHING! It belongs in line with the constitution, not feelings. Trump is my president! Huh? You're a "Judge" that can't "Legally see the case"?? WE ALL KNOW YOU FUCKING SAW EVERYTHING! Force them to sit in front of a live stream to the millions where they are forced to watch what we watched so now everyone knows they HAVE seen it. Our legal system is a playable board game.

I'm for taking it completely over. The structural advantage is there, and the mathematics of winning an election are much improved.
I mean, if we lack the ability to take over a party, how do we think we can win an election?

Patriot Party is the only way. I'd rather go all or nothing at this point. I can't be myself around anyone other than Trump supporters and some GOP compromise BS will have so little to offer me I'd rather forget about politics altogether. I'm going to have to live a lie the rest of my life no matter what if the Patriot Party doesn't happen.

The danger is the republican party leaving America First. If a true conservative America First party were formed. I think the majority of Trump supporters would switch and the republicans can go the way of the green, libertarian and other parties.

The biggest problem with a 3rd party (or voting), is that it has been demonstrated twice now that no matter how many people you can get to vote for you, you will lose because the other side will make up as many votes as it takes for them to win. That's why forming a 3rd party (or taking over the republicans) is not a viable option for us.
I agree. Fixing our election system has to be priority number one, otherwise all political plans are useless.

Most voting laws are state laws.
Republicans control most of the states, still. Perhaps we can use the RINO's long enough to get them to shore up the laws, and then torpedo them.
