If we wait until the vaccine refusers are the only ones left, you're going to be dealing with them being blamed for the reason everyone is still wearing masks, or operating on any kind of restrictions or lock-downs. There's going to be an avalanche of bullshit being dropped onto refusers all at once that the "mob" will join in on without thinking twice, no real conversations or critical thinking occurring.
If we start this conversation now and start addressing it, those that still remain on the fence, those that have questions, or want to wait may join the refusers movement, or at least understand the viewpoint. They'll just make it so if you get a vaccine you will get some identifier so when you enter a business or a government facility they'll seek vaccination verification. Possibly thru government phone app or something like a swipe card.
If you can't verify you've had the vaccine, they'll lawfully deny you entry or service. etc
