I think this whole shebang can be best summed up as a literal NPC with other NPC supporters. I can't imagine him or anyone who voted for him having a single original thought.
He's President of the NPCs. He reminds of a poorly designed NPC character from one of the games I play. The ones that get trapped inside a wall, can't navigate a path correctly, or end up in endless dialog loops. Or the type of NPC that says something that doesn't even come close to matching the current context of what's going on around them at the time.
I am a huge fan of these guys and Q has stated on their dinner party show that he hates the Vanderbilts and Anderson Cooper don't remember the actual episode but and really don't know much about his political swaying but...based statement nonetheless
