We had to tear down the articles of confederation once before, I think the second government has failed.

I watched a documentary on Texas and it talked about succession but said that it was illegal for any state to secede. Is that correct?

It's also illegal to commit election fraud. But we saw how that worked out. The law doesn't matter in the fake pedo regime anymore, hence why we're having this conversation at all.

Yeah, ask yourself when the last time the feds gave a shit about the constitution was.

For just one example of how fucking unsuccessful the constitution is at protecting liberty, one need only examine gun rights:

  • Our constitution is framed as a limited grant of specifically enumerated powers.
  • Our constitution explicitly re-iterates "the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed"
  • Our constitution re-iterates specifically (in the 10th amendment) that powers not explicitly granted to it belong to the people.

Despite these strong constitutional protections, what is the state of gun rights in America?

The constitution is just a piece of parchment, it has no authority to the thugs who rule over us, and it certainly has no moral authority over you.

It was illegal for us to secede from Britain.

SECESSION IS AN ACT OF PEACE.

Forced unity/conformity is violence.

“To begin with, the answer is clear. If there was any constitutional issue resolved by the Civil War, it is that there is no right to secede." - Scalia

Yes, the civil war was the effective ender to any argument about cession.
