What about the bellwether counties, the bellwether states, the ballots from under the tables, the ignoring of election laws in several states, and so on. I could write the movie and make it quite convincing without even trying too hard.

If you were going to, this is where you'd send it: https://docs.afi.com/submit-your-film/

I know it's hard to believe but people in this town are more conservative than you'd think. I'd say about 60/40 liberal, but there's a perception thing. If you're brave enough to say masks are stupid (i know, i know, but for example), it's like the other person breathes a sigh of relief and says "thank God, me too". Cancel culture's been around in this town for 100 years because of the egos and freaks. Piss someone off and they stop returning your calls. You have to tread lightly.

They move like a herd. Oh you're working on that movie? Oh so you're one of those people?

That said, you can do it, but you need the political cover, and the ticket receipts. You have to be able to make your case from having insider info, exclusive sources etc. Money trumps politics, but most people watch movies to get away from politics. If we wanted to do a flick like that, it would be whistleblowers and statistics; the first would be considered partisan, and the second would be boring as shit. It can be done, but it's an uphill struggle to make it more than confirmation bias for 50% of the country.
