I was doing my patriotic duty, putting thumbs down on the installment of biden videos. And I noticed cars and a parking lot from the window of the Oval Office as he sat there babbling. I looked at pictures online and I wasn’t able to find any other photos with cars in the background. What’s going on??? Am I crazy?

I saw that too and wanted to believe in the whole studio set idea....But just Google Earth the oval office and you'll see a road just behind the windows with cars parking on it regularly.....it's not a parking lot, it's just the inner road within the white house compound.

Unfortunately it's the real oval office. Someone posted a video of Comedians in cars getting coffee, where Seinfeld meets Obama. the view from the oval office showed cars close to the window. It all depends on a) if there's a car in the background, b) angle of camera, c) Weather lens is wide angle or zoom, d) time of day and year. So fake president, but real office.
