No, he's really not. He's technically a Dictator since he was installed via illegitimate elections. Also, SCOTUS ruled that States have no standing in Federal elections because the words written in the Constitution don't matter, so we are not even "Constitutional" nor a "Republic," we are a Fascist Oligarchy now.
