Libs for the last time the XL Pipeline is already built. It's massive. This EO is over one section we already have contracts out on, Those companies can now sue us for likely 100's of millions. Severe penalties for breach of contracts. Canada said they will be suing us right after it was signed.

They never had a problem with the XL pipeline. It runs all over the country. It's just this one section Obama has been using as a weapon like he did everything else. He fucking hates America with all his heart. Putting 50K people on the street looking for jobs in this shit economy. Diabolical.
