I don't see Joe getting to push his "ideas" here in TX. It seems our leaders are taking a stand right out of the gates. Our red legislature is even more aggressive than Abbott. Remember, they sued Abbott over his covid mandates. We elected more red into our judiciary and Supreme Court. We're ready to fight.

The main thing is we have to normalize disobeying the law. Shame any law enforcement that follow these orders. Our politicians should make it clear federal law does not need to be followed.
Civil disobedience should be pushed to new extremes. Creating disorder is much greater than stupid people reacting with random acts of violence. Unfortunately, I think that's what will happen if Republicans are complacent about this. People who actually think this society has their best interest and are too trusting eventually snap and go off the deep end.
I think we need to double down on alternative social media, because the media controlling the message is really what either lights a fire under civil disobedience or waters it down. Now is the time to strike because trust in the MSM is at all time low, even among Democrats. Another 10-15% point swing in trust shifting in democrats would make a huge difference. It might even be more advantageous for us to pretend to be democrats and concern troll our way into their consciousness.
