The other day, I had an Amish lady ask me, "Is it really as bad as they say out there?"
She knows I work in Harrisburg, and she saw the newspaper headlines about protests in the state capitals.
I told her honestly that there was nothing happening. No crowds of protesters, just a couple streets blocked by HMMVs, about a dozen National Guard looking bored, and 3 horse trailers with mounted police gearing up.
She then went on a rant about the media sowing fear and division.
RMV workers in Massachusetts were openly talking about voter fraud in Georgia ("caught on camera!!!") and I thought I was in another dimension. "If someone doesn't look into that, this whole country is going to split in half". Where am I??? Lol
