I lived in Africa for 20 years. Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, Botswana and South Africa. Hunger and famine is always because of political reasons. The commie governments are only part of the story. The other part is mega corporations robbing the countries of their wealth. China is everywhere robbing them just like the bankers.
