Doesn't this mean it depends on Warren Buffets trucking company for delivery of the same oil instead of the pipeline?

I work in the patch, it means warren buffets , owns BNSF railroad! Which hauled all the oil outta here until pipelines got built, then his train business slowed down. . Now it will be very. Busy hauling oil to the west coast that gets shipped to China! That’s how it works for big Dem donors
