It wasn't just the WaPo either. The entire Democrat Fake News establishment called anyone who said Jao Bi Deng and Kamaladot would ban fracking a conspiracy theorist, a liar and many other names. Furthermore, even though Jao Bi Deng and Kamaladot said in the primaries they would ban fracking, the completely reversed themselves in the general election campaign and the Democrat Fake News media didn't press them on the subject at all. It turns out, everyone who said they would close the Pipeline and ban fracking was right and the Democrat Fake Media isn't even going to admit they were wrong. They weren't just wrong either, they were adamentaly, staunchly and 180 degrees wrong and vilified anyone who didn't believe their narrative.
Both of them lost those primaries badly and Kumala even dropped out knowing she had no chance, obviously not knowing she would get the nuke codes anyway because of her skin color.
She knew she was going to be Joe's VP pick when she dropped out.
When they saw how badly she did in the primaries, they put the "get everyone else to drop out to help Biden beat Bernie" play into action.
