We The People vs The United States of America for breech of contract. This is a case that needs to brought before the supreme court. There is no election fraud argument, its fraud against the people. The 6 states that allowed election laws to be changed by Governors, Secretaries of State and even state supreme courts, looking at you Pennsylvania, violated the constitution, specifically Article 2, section 1.2. This means the election in those was illegal. SCOTUS refused to hear the TX case on this very issue. To tell TX they didn't have standing in the only court they have standing is ridiculous. The legislature allowed the illegal votes to be counted and the executive branch failed to arrest those that violated the law. The fourth branch of government, our military, didn't do their job to protect the constitution from enemies foreign and, especially, domestic. We all know this, they know it, but now that Biden is "president," the people now have officially suffered injury. This is a solid case that should be brought to the supreme court, you see, the constitution isn't just the law of the land, it is an agreement, a contract between the states, the people and the federal government. The government, by not fulfilling their oaths to protect and enforce the laws in the constitution, are in breech of the contract. They seem to forget that this very same contract is what allows for the very existence of said government. I personally would file for an emergency injunctive relief, asking the court to freeze the legislative and executive branches, in other words, no laws or executive orders, until the next LEGAL elections, scheduled or contingent. Scheduled elections, like the midterms, as long as they are done legally, would lift the injunction of the legislative branch, and 2024 would lift the injunction from the executive branch, OR, a legal contingent election for all federal positions. AG Paxton of TX, brings TX is the only state to join the union by agreement rather then annexation, they would have every right to bring such a case and now that Biden has been inaugurated, TX (and everyone for that matter) has suffered injury and thus has standing.

Not overturn, this case needs to brought to establish that the federal government, which is only ALLOWED to exist by the contract (the constitution), has violated that agreement. No longer are states or persons bound to the constitution, thus the federal government is no longer allowed to exist. Not looking for an election overturn, looking for a constitutional election, which is required by law, if not, the federal government is no longer legally allowed to exist because they violated the agreement that allows them to exist.
