I agree. She did her job and that was do instruct the “decision desk” not to call any swing states for Trump, even when he was obviously ahead. They never wanted there to be the appearance of him being ahead and having all of the electoral votes.

As others have said, calling AZ for Biden was likely the instruction to go to plan B with the counting freeze and ballot dumping because Trump was too far ahead.
