Before everyone gets excited about this, plea deal = 2 months house arrest in any of the mansions they own (his choice), maybe pay a minuscule fine of $50,000, keep the rest of millions you were payed to sell out America. All charges go away and justice is not served.
Why do you think he’s speaking so casually and open about it? A person about to hit the electric chair or rot in prison for a life sentence isn’t so nonchalant about it all.
Of course, I hope I’m wrong about all of that and I’m just being cynical based on a complete lack of trust in the current justice system.
