Once the spread is assured, China uses the known treatment (because they created the thing) to suppress the outbreak in their country. Other countries catch on to treatments like HCQ and other antivirals and also suppress the virus.
Meanwhile in the US Fauci and Co. prohibit the use of effective treatments and the Obama/Biden admin depleted the pandemic response supplies before leaving office so PPE is in short supply. The virus spreads unchecked while Fauci and Co. recommend lockdowns and masks they KNOW (and are on record prior to 2020) saying don't work to stop the spread. Blue states kill the economy to hurt Trump.
If you just look at the chain of events, where there are so many coincidences and decisions that make no sense if your goal was to stop a pandemic, there's no logical conclusion other than the entire thing was a biological attack on the world to ensure Trump was not reelected.
