LGBTQ Real Estate agents from all over the country are coming after my job.

They are claiming that posts on my personal FB page is "hate speech" and they are coming after my livelihood. Theyve already contacted my employer and the associations i am a member of.

I am being targeted simply for my ideology and have evidence this is a coordinated attack stemming from a single person who outwardly posts hate speech against conservatives and trump supporters on their own public pages. The things this person posts on their page clearly shows their hate and spite towards agents they do not agree with.

Any advice or recourse here?

Hate speech isn't illegal. The government cannot punish you for it, unless it incites or directs violence against the target of the speech.

Unless you live in one of America's two non at-will employment states, you can be fired for any non-protected reason. Political affiliation is not a protected class. "Person who speaks out against homosexuality" is not a protected class. Aside from any local exceptions, if it isn't a race/gender/religion/disability/age reason, it is legal for them to discriminate against you by firing you for your public statements.
