That's weird ngl. Part of the background around the window changes too, the sunlight disappears...only the very top of the window stays the same.

I saw other videos of the same speech that didn't show a glitch, so I don't know if it means anything, really.
A glitch would cause the whole feed to mess up. A glitch wouldn’t remove Obama and keep the backgrounds intact.
The fact that Obama disappeared tells us he is layered into the shot.
The high def videos of the same scene on Youtube didn't show anything out of the ordinary. I don't think the Clouthub video is valid, honestly.
