3/4ths of this list is based on misinformation and misunderstandings, and asking these questions would make us look like fools without weeding that stuff out first.
1) Biden didn't get a plane because the Trump administration didn't give it to him, and as a private citizen, he didn't have the right to demand one yet.
2) I don't know about the song, and I'd be interested in hearing more, but unless it's in the Constitution, breaking tradition doesn't invalidate the inauguration. It's a ceremony. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't matter if he had been inaugurated to W.A.P.
3) Biden did get a 21 gun salute when he went to Arlington.
4) I don't know about the hand thing, but again, I don't think it's going to present a serious basis for a legal challenge to his inauguration.
5) I don't know about Spain, but I would be EXTREMELY careful about relying on the goings-on of foreign media companies in different time zones as "proof" of anything at all. We've been burned on that before.
6) It is not illegal or unconstitutional for the VP to be sworn in first. Did you not watch Trump's inauguration? Pence was sworn in first. Since the transfer of power doesn't occur until exactly noon, the VP and POTUS both take power at exactly the moment when the previous admin loses power, at noon. The VP doesn't get take power before POTUS just because they were sworn in first.
7) I have seen the video of soldiers "turning their backs", but I've seen the same thing with Trump's motorcade as well. Those guys are "security", which means they face out from the road to watch for "threats." If you watch videos of Trump's motorcade, you can see the same thing. It's not an absolute requirement for security details to salute, the same way that enlisted soldiers don't salute officers in combat zones (or even wear visible rank, usually).
8) Biden not "seeming" to have the nuke codes doesn't mean anything. The football is not really designed to be visible. Just nearby. Trump had his in Florida because he was still President for an hour when he left for Florida and still had authorization to use nukes. Those codes were no longer valid at noon on the 20th.
9) There is no source of the Pentagon CURRENTLY blocking Biden. They were blocking Biden before he was inaugurated. All the stories currently floating around are talking about the Pentagon ignoring the transition teams. They're old news. There is no more transition team, nor any info suggesting the Pentagon has locked out Biden as POTUS.
I'm sorry to be THAT GUY, but the amount of misinformation that has been floating around here is a big reason why we keep hitting dead ends. We can't be chasing bullshit like this. Biden's election is not going to be overturned because his hand left the Bible a little too quickly or some other minute technicality.
I honestly appreciate you saying that. I know how this community tends to react to fact-checking based on the MSM's definition of it, and I bit my tongue on a lot, but at this point, I don't think we have anything to lose by trying to be more careful with the ledes we chase down. If we're going to bring out arguments into the public sphere, they need to be surgical and useful, not throwing any more shit at the wall just in case there's something to it.
Supposedly the Inauguration video was shown in Spain hours before in the US. BTW if you look at the video you will see it is heavily and quite badly edited, my guess is it was made earlier.
But remember the DS is all about the psy ops, they want you to see flaws, to see errors, to be freaked out, to be distracted and most importantly to feel played and powerless.
No worries on that. Asking questions and even being wrong isn't shameful. Refusing to grow and learn when the answers don't give you what you want is shameful.
Unfortunately, I see a lot of that around here, but not always, and I'm kinda done pandering to the, "Don't prove me wrong!" crowd around here, considering where that attitude left us.
But there's nothing wrong with asking questions as long as we're honestly open to the answers and not just to winning. If nothing else, just be careful with believing or sharing shit that's passed around on Facebook or even around here without some questions.
Skepticism should go both ways. Not just toward the Dems and the MSM, but toward anything from here as well. We are just as susceptible to misinformation and lies from both allies and enemies.

Sometimes "that guy" is exactly what is needed. I have no desire to spread false information, so I thank you for your efforts.

I 100% agree. We have facts on our side, we should use them.
Posts like this are why we need downvotes. Great comment, thanks for the breakdown.
Agree.. This post is really worthless. Thanks for the comment
this guy fact checks!
Thank you for this. If we ever want to make any amount of positive change, we have to clean our wounds and keep going.
Why is JunkieJoe sitting in the White House at fucking all? Why isnt he in jail? DEEP STATE OPERATIVE
eh...lots of these are stretching it..sorry man :/
Pence was sworn in before Trump in 2017, so that's normal.
We all want the answer.
You must be new here.
Its because the Cheater in Chief is
Illegitimate.
What's this about Spain?
thats what i was thinking, i didnt know about spain seeing the inauguration before us...lol interesting
This was claimed on Simon Parks show. Hes the guy who claims his mother is an alien.
Lies and delusion.

That's because you were played and are powerless.
Not so, if you see the game you are not played and if you refuse to play, you are not powerless.
If you play by the elites' rules, you are powerless.
idk but as of a few days ago this is officially a dictatorship you can't even pretend otherwise
Any evidence on the Spain claim?
I heard about it in a Parkes video, no idea beyond that
This is a retard post. "Trump is just letting Biden live in the White House and sign EOs and fire people and appoint their replacements."
Get ahold of yourself, this is pathetic.
Because our government is a bad Hollywood ✡ production
Fake news.
Because the media played you into thinking that there was actually something happening in the background. The peasants are stupid.
Stop the Hopium bullshit. This site needs to be about organizing resistance. Not bullshit "oh, but we don't actually need to do anything."
No, we need to get busy. Nobody is going to save us but ourselves.
Yeah, well he is spitting out Executive Orders faster than all of the House of Pancakes produce waffles so let's focus on that....
Well the first one is because they didn't ask for it in the first place.
IDK... I'm just passing on something that was sent to me 😒

Hey, no worries, this is how we learn, this is how we know what is out there, what is true and not true. It is all good Pede, it is all good :)
