This is how actual Fascism works. The left are not communists, they do not care about the means of production so long as they can control business through the state. That is TEXTBOOK Mussolinian style FASCISM.

It's the definition of socialism.
I think socialism (and communism) is where there is no private ownership. Your only "ownership" is shared collectively with everyone else. Fascism, on the other hand, you do own your own stuff as an individual. However, the government has 100% say in what you can (and cannot) do with your own property. If anyone else here has a better understanding of all the different "isms", please feel free to correct me.
You can have private ownership under socialist rule, but the control of business and means to wealth are directed and controlled by the government. And they can take your ownership away and nationalize it should they so choose. Under Communist rule, they do away with farcical private ownership entirely, and everything and everyone are government property (framed as the "People's property") and thus they own AND control the means of wealth and the wealth itself.
Regulations only apply to the little people, pede. Big corporations don't follow regulations and have the government as their pet.
If you read the fine print of our laws, that's kind of the case with all private property. e.g. "eminent domain"
The idea that someone else owns your property more than you do seems problematic to me... but what do I know?
You actually own nothing under the common law, Admiral law system. Just by using your common name and signing a contract you have given up ownership.
America is a corporation. D.C. is not a part of the United states. What happens when the states unite to seize the assets of the corporation?
