It's just highlighting the hypocrisy. The vast majority of folks have been the very elderly and they've been using those deaths to justify shaming us, shutting down businesses, taking away freedom and killing jobs. Now when an elderly person dies close to taking the vaccine their are crickets, even though we know bad reactions are absolutely possible in folks that take it.
