Well, if you go down that road, one can say that Trump was controlled opposition also since his final days in office were not enforcing his presidential powers with Exec Orders on foreign interference and weak ass pardons waiting till last second in office to release declass docs knowing all they would have to do is just not obey this order and wait out the clock and dont release and he cant do anything about it after he’s out of office because he has no more power
Trump has not been himself since 2020. Something changed. He def wasn't controlled opposition his first three years, but if he was controlled opposition the last year it wasn't by his choice. I am not ruling out the possibility him or his family were threatened or the threat of a real pandemic being released was something he had to deal with if he did not go along with the bullshit. His last year was very, very strange and the opposite of what you'd expect him to do.
