He see's the gun and says "gun" - I don't think we should view that as anything other than a sincere warning. That guy's other actions are plenty to hold against him though.
But even if that was his motivation - those dudes inside are thoroughly trained. They do not react like that. If so, they are useless on those duties.
Anyone that sees a woman climbing through a barricade and hears GUN would assume she has a drawn gun. Training absolutely does NOT cover these scenarios.
