This site needs a canary after the domain switch. Does anyone believe after the capitol fiasco and them labeling Trump supporters as terrorists that this place didn't get a court order?
What is a warrant canary?
A warrant canary is a public statement describing an action that a service provider has not done; the statement is removed if the service provider gets a legal order to take that action but is prohibited from disclosing it.
Most types of law enforcement and intelligence requests come with orders prohibiting organizations from disclosing that they have been received. However, by removing the corresponding warrant canary statement from their website (or wherever it is posted), organizations can indicate that they have received such a request.
EXAMPLE
Patriots.win/thedonald.win has never turned over our encryption or authentication keys or our customers' encryption or authentication keys to anyone.
Patriots.win/thedonald.win has never installed any law enforcement software or equipment anywhere on our network.
Patriots.win/thedonald.win has never provided any law enforcement organization a feed of our customers' content transiting our network.
Patriots.win/thedonald.winhas never modified customer content at the request of law enforcement or another third party.
Patriots.win/thedonald.win has never modified the intended destination of DNS responses at the request of law enforcement or another third party.

We need a dead man's switch of sorts. That way the communication goes out and the person manning the switch can claim they forgot -- plausible deniability is the legal term I believe.
Many people asked about this repeatedly in the AMA & the questions were strongly upvoted, but it was never answered to my knowledge, even here where they are directing such questions.

Btw, the guy referred to as the rogue mod was pretty straightforward in his interview with Adam Cringler about there being preservation orders placed by the authorities upon data after the capitol protest. Each person can decide how much they trust that he was telling the truth there.

I think I've seen more canaries actually expire and be useless than anything else. If the feds really wanted to compromise PW, they wouldn't need to go through whoever was maintaining the canary.

I agree that’s their goal and much of the “FBI visited me” posts on here are from the FBI itself to generate fear. But I would rather be an anon given the climate, if that is even possible anymore.
I agree, there are a lot of nuts in the world and they are to me the prime reason for reticence, as for the Govt with the NDAA and NSA the world is their oyster.
Warrant canary's aren't removed they expire without being renewed. To remove it is taking action they are not legally allowed to. However they can't be compelled to renew a canary.
