Trump can't be sworn in unless they certify him as the winner of the election, or a new election.

Yeah, half true. Trump won't be sworn in, that's not the way he would want it to be perceived. I do believe at some point there would need to be a new election if he doesn't want to come across as some sort of tyrannt that the left would immediately claim he was.
