The new thing, when shutting down free speech, is to say it is a private business. You are not allowed to refuse to serve someone based on their skin color or sexual preference. I do not see why it would be legal to refuse to allow someone to express an opinion based on their political orientation. Perhaps TX can file a lawsuit?
