I still think you have a case for wrongful termination due to health issues.

Litigation is expensive and most companies will offer a settlement.

Most lawyers who specialize in employment law operate on continencies. Your prior employer has deep enough pockets that you should be able to find representation.

And another Pede said to seek SSI. That's a good idea since your health issues make it difficult to work. Figure that for years, you paid into the system.

Lawyers who specialize in employment law probably represent clients who need SSI. That would be a question to ask when you are considering representation.
