This is doable. Scrap every election official - paper ballots hand-counted by at least groups who don't know the others' total. Then posted at precinct level, so there's no way to pad the numbers as it moves up the chain. Enforce photo Id. No third-party registrations.
We need to get on this NOW. We need coordinators for every precinct. W also need to set up more precincts in high-volume areas.
