Biden is having every executive employee sign an "ethics pledge," declaring that they won't exploit their position for personal gain. Basically, "Don't do what Joe Biden did throughout his entire career in public office.' (www.whitehouse.gov)

What it really means is Biden saw how many Trump White House Insiders, Mattis, Gen Kelly, Bolton, others leaked against Trump or tanked their roles in order to pursue lucrative book deals and tv appearances. Biden knows the Dems put a lot of them up to it and fears that could possibly happen to him too.
