Is Texas allowed to use its own law enforcement to deal with people who illegally entered until a ruling is made? I think I'm right that the federal government has final say on immigration matters, but seeing as this is a situation where the fed is freezing certain actions that would ultimately harm Texas and isn't in accordance with the law then wouldn't Texas be allowed to take over DHS role in the matter until such a time a court decides 1 way or the other?
