Just had a conversation with a liberal colleague of mine. He was advocating for "open borders" - completely, fully, anyone and everyone.

His reasoning: "his job" would be "fine" since he works in tech, and other Americans "don't deserve jobs any more than anyone else". Somehow flooding the market with 10s of millions of jobs would raise wages - never got an answer about how exactly that would happen either.

Elitism and privilege at its finest. This is what we're dealing with. They don't care about you.
