The key will be whether there will be a central clearinghouse of the info entered into the State and local IIS systems. If there’s and electronic check of status then the cards are useless.
I should also point out that a simple search will reveal several states have posted hi-res examples of the CDC vaccine cards which are typically printed on card-stock and filled out by hand at the time of vaccination.
It’s also interesting that the CDC has a csv file downloadable from their website that contains lot numbers and dates of manufacture and expiration dates for vaccines from both manufacturers.
