I wouldn't object to our megacities being turned into their own states and freeing the red areas surrounding them from their tyranny. These cities already control their statewide elections for their governor's mansions and senators so it would free those up, often their mayors have more power than the state governors anyway, and it wouldn't affect the house seats of these areas as it would still be districted relatively the same way.

The white, upper-middle-class woke crowd; the 20-35-year-old professional useless people that exist to meaninglessly hump each other without ever starting life or a family; the over 40 single cat ladies living in a $2200 a month studio apartment... these people vote and they vote for all of the low-income black and Hispanic communities that surround them, too.
