It’s kind of sad this was only 9 months ago. I always thought the lockdowns were bullshit, didn’t care so much about masks. Now I think they’re both bullshit. If only more of us had been more awake back then, myself included.
I was saying it was bullshit from the start. It still drives me nuts. Since when did we give the government complete control over us? Even if hundreds of millions were dying, I'd still tell the government to fuck off and let me go outside if I want to.
It's been a slow erosion of the American spirit. Patriots remember, but there's enough scared men and women now that this kind of bullshit flies.
I saw the change growing up as the adults started teaching us more and more that safety and survival were more important than standing up for yourself or doing what was right.
