He issued an order to separate ballots received after 8pm which are invalid per the PA constitution because the PA Supreme Court had unilaterally declared it was ok to receive ballots up to three days after the election in blatant disregard for the actual law.
AG of PA pretty much wiped his ass with the order, we counted ballots received whenever, mixed everything together, destroyed all of the envelopes and confirmed an illegal and fraudulent vote.
