You do realize that they could have stole the election without Dominion, correct? Dominion did great to distract everyone from the signatures and mail-in ballots. Why even orchestrate the fraud with Dominion and incriminate themselves so easily? Also they would have been able to just flip votes in 2016 to ensure Trump never won.
With mail-in ballots, they can outsource the fraud, and its nearly impossible to track. That's why they didn't want to do any signature audits.
