So, here's a thought, while the 17th Amendment doesn't say you can recall a senator... it also doesn't say you can't do it.And since it's not saying you can't do a recall of a senator... However, if I'm wrong on this, please cite and explain why I'm wrong in all the dull legal stuff.

So it's time to make SCOTUS do work and raise a constitutional question to them starting by having the state legislature recalling the turtle and throwing it back to the swamp from whence it came.
