While it's late, I'm just curious to know how it ends. If they go to trial to hear evidence and say you're right, but too late, nothing can be done or you're too late, go away.

He had a very hard time finding legal counsel. He did end up finding a firm out of South Carolina.

The defendents have filed a waiver. Dunno what that entails.
